What are the arrival and departure times?

The arrival time is from 4pm. There is a key safe so you can arrive at anytime. The code will be sent to you in an email 2 days before your arrival. On your last day, please have left the flat by 10am.

Do you provide linen?

To try to offer an affordable holiday, we give the option to book your stay without any linen so that you can bring your own or we can provide it for an extra charge. The bed in the main bedroom can be set up as either a super-king or 2 singles, please select how you would like it set up when you book your linen. We understand that you may want to bring your own linen but don't have a super-king bed sheet. We therefore offer bedsheet hire for the super-king which can be selected at the time of booking.


What rooms are there?

There are 2 bedrooms which can sleep up to 4 people. The main bedroom can be set up as either a super-king or 2 singles and the second bedroom has a double bed. If you would like linen provided, please select at the time of booking wether you would like the main bedroom to be set up as a super-king or 2 singles.


Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, we will take a 20% deposit to secure your stay. This must be paid within 1 day of booking otherwise the booking will be cancelled. This is non-refundable once paid. This is to cover the admin costs involved with processing your booking.


When is the final balance due?

The final balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival.


What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel with 2 weeks or less notice, you will be charged the full amount of the stay. The deposit is non-refundale once paid.


How much is the damage deposit and when do I get this back if nothing is damaged?

There is a £100 damage deposit which will be refunded if nothing is damaged within 2 weeks of your departure date. We will notify you within 48 hours of your departure if we find anything damaged and therefore you won't be refunded your damanage deposit.


Is electric included?

£10 of electric per night is included in the cost of your stay. If you would like to add more, please contact us here.
