The Garden Flat is situated at the base of a beautiful detached 1930's house called Rydal Mount. The flat is a comfortable base to discover West Wales. As multi-dog owners ourselves, it is important to us that you and your dogs can feel relaxed after exploring the local area.

As you enter the Garden Flat, you will walk in to the porch area following through to the open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge area.

The kitchen is well-equipped with fridge/freezer, electric hob, oven and a good selection of crockery, cutlery, utensils, pans and baking trays.

The lounge has a TV, a 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater sofa with blankets and cushions provided. There is also a dog toy basket for your dogs to enjoy. Here there is a sliding door to the secure garden with double gates on either side of the house. There is an outdoor furniture set and sun loungers for you to use.

Off the kitchen, the hall leads to the main bedroom, the bathroom and the second bedroom. The bed in the main bedroom can either be set up as a super-king or 2 singles. The second bedroom has a double bed.

There is space for parking 1 car on the drive. If you are bringing more than 1 car, there are roads nearby with free parking.

There is a local Co-Op only a few minutes walk away and a Tesco Extra a 5 minute drive away which you can also easily walk to on the public foot path through the nearby field and allotments.

Please note there are stairs down to the door to the garden flat so may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
